Ballot Form Advertising

This is your opportunity to purchase advertising on our ballot form.

The ballot will open in June, and allows interested runners to enter for a chance to gain a guaranteed public place in LLHM 2025. All successful runners are drawn at random. Once the ballot is drawn, the only way to gain a place for the 2025 race will be through a charity. 

Our ballot is always hugely over-subscribed, and if you choose to purchase an advertising option on the ballot form, you will have the opportunity to reach thousands of runners over the ballot period with your charity’s brand. 

We have had an unprecedented number of pre-registrants for LLHM 2025 and are therefore gearing up for our biggest ballot yet! This means we are expecting a higher volume of runners to visit the LLHM 2025 ballot form, creating a brilliant promotional opportunity for your charity. It also means that if you choose to purchase advertising on the form that the volume of 'unsuccessful' runners data you will receive will far exceed the number of 'successful' runners as there are only a limited number of places available through the ballot. 

Runners can select to hear from up to six of the charities on the list, permitting you to advertise to them. You could use this data to ask them to use their ballot place to support your charity. If they are unsuccessful in the ballot, you could contact them about signing up for one of your charity places and fundraising.

Website Leaderboards

The Leaderboards will be GIFs / static images which feature on the LLHM website at the top of the webpage you choose. These will link to a URL of your choice on your charity website.

3 places are available for each option and leaderboards will rotate between the 3 charities who have purchased that webpage. This will change when the page is refreshed/opened.

Leaderboards need to be 668px x 60px. If you'd like to use an animated advert it needs to be a .gif file. Otherwise, please provide your ads in a png or jpeg format

Charity Causes: Display your charity's cause on our website - £25

  • An option that is the perfect way for a participant looking for a charity place to get to know your charity. When a runner comes to us searching for a particular cause, for example, animal welfare or health charity, you will feature on the webpage listing under a specific cause of your choice. Please see our 2024 Charity Causes webpage for more information. Spaces are unlimited. 

'I Have a Public Place' Listing

This will feature your charity on our webpage aimed at ballot runners looking to fundraise for a charity. There are 10 spaces available for Tier 1 and Tier 2 and Tier 3 has unlimited spaces.

Final Call Out Takeover: That last push before the charity runner registration deadline can be difficult. In January 2025, we will reserve a limited amount of spaces for charities to purchase a call out on our Instagram stories for charity runners. We look forward to sharing more information with you soon.
