We’ve developed a flexible range of digital advertising opportunities to help your charity stand out, attract ballot-place runners, and build a strong team.
With our public ballot consistently oversubscribed, now is the ideal time to promote your charity places and connect with runners who weren’t successful this year.
All charities are eligible to apply for these advertising options—simply select the formats that best align with your goals, budget, and messaging. Let’s make LLHM 2027 your most successful year yet.
This year, all advertising will be managed through our bespoke LLHM Shopify store, where you can easily explore available options and preview placements. When you’re ready to purchase, you can either add items to your basket and continue browsing or check out straight away.
Please note that quantities for some options are limited, and items in your basket are not reserved. To secure your selection, you’ll need to complete checkout. All purchases will be invoiced, so there’s no need to enter credit card details when using the LLHM Shopify store.

Ballot Runner Engagement
Designed for partners who want to maximise LLHM’s hugely popular public ballot, these options place your brand directly in front of runners looking for a place or have already secured a ballot place. With prime positioning in high-conversion areas, this tier helps you stand out at decision-making moments—ideal for filling places and maximising sign-ups.
We’re pleased to confirm that our highly popular options, ‘Ballot Data’ and ‘JustGiving Feature’ will be available via a ‘register your interest’ process via our Shopify store.
If you would like to access either of these options, simply register your interest via our store once it goes live. The deadline to register is 10:30am on Friday 6 June. Following this, a draw will take place, and successful charities will be notified by email by Monday 8 June and invoiced accordingly.
This is your opportunity to advertise directly on the LLHM 2027 ballot form.
The ballot opens in June and gives runners the chance to enter for a guaranteed public place. All places are allocated at random, and once the ballot closes, the only way to gain a spot in the 2027 race will be through one of our charity partners.
The ballot is always hugely oversubscribed, and by purchasing an advertising option, your charity can reach thousands of motivated runners during the ballot window.
We offer two key ballot form advertising opportunities:
Ballot Form Data
Runners can opt in to hear from up to six charities listed in a dropdown menu. If a runner selects your charity, you'll receive their contact details and permission to get in touch.
You can then encourage them to:
- Use their ballot place to fundraise for your charity
- Sign up for one of your charity places if they are unsuccessful in the public ballot
Featured JustGiving Charity
If you purchase this option, successful ballot runners will be encouraged to set up a JustGiving page for your charity, giving you visibility at the exact moment they’re planning their fundraising.
These are fantastic tools to build awareness, grow your team, and boost fundraising for LLHM 2026.

'I Have a Ballot Place' Listing
This listing is designed to help your charity connect with runners who secure a public ballot place and are looking to fundraise.
Your charity will feature on our dedicated webpage for ballot runners seeking a cause to support — a key touchpoint for converting interest into action.
- Tier 1: Limited to 10 charities for maximum visibility
- Tier 2 & Tier 3: Unlimited availability, offering great reach at different budget levels
All tiers include access to our exclusive Welcome Journey, an email series sent to runners who have completed their ballot registration.
For an additional cost, your charity logo can be featured in these welcome emails, putting your brand directly in front of engaged runners at a key moment in their journey.

Once live in December, this high-traffic page attracts thousands of eager supporters—many of whom are ballot-place runners exploring the course. - Your listing will link directly to your charity’s website.
- You can use a tracking URL to monitor click-throughs and interest, however please note that this URL will need to be the same as the one used for our ‘Charity Partner’ page
- Appearing in the directory helps runners quickly find and connect with you based on shared values or passions.
