Race pack distribution
- Race packs will be posted out from Monday 17 March 2025.
- Race packs were be sent out in batches so please do not panic if you do not receive your pack straight away.
- Postage can often also take a longer than usual due to the sheer amount of packs being sent out.
- It may take up to ten days to receive your pack so if your pack is in a later batch, you may not receive it until race week.
What do I do if my race pack has not arrived?
- In very rare situations unfortunately packs can sometimes get lost in the post. We expect this to affect up to 1-2% of participants.
- If your race pack has not arrived before the Friday 4 April you will need to collect a replacement pack from the pack collection point, on Saturday 5 April at The Clermont, Strand, London, WC2N 5HX on Saturday 6 April between 10am - 5pm.
- You will need to bring Photo ID to collect your replacement pack.
- If you are unable to collect your pack on this day, a friend or family member can do this for you but will need to show an email or text message from you in order to collect the replacement pack. They will also need to provide the email that you registered for the event with and confirm your DOB. The original registrant must still run in the event. It is strictly forbidden to transfer your place to another runner.
Address / Detail changes
- It is now too late to amend your address, estimated finish time or finisher's t-shirt size. If your address has changed, you will need to collect a replacement pack from the pack collection point on Saturday 5 April.
- If you have any concerns, please contact our team on [email protected]
International runners
- International runner packs will be posted one week earlier than UK packs.
- If you do not receive your pack by Friday 4 April, please follow the instructions above.
- If you are unable to collect your pack on this day, a friend or family member can do this for you but will need to bring a confirmation text message or email from you you in order to collect the replacement pack. They will also need to provide the email you registered with and your DOB. The original registrant must still run in the event. This is only a solution for pack collection, it is not a transfer model.
What will my race pack contain?
- Race number and timing chip. Your timing chip is already attached to your race number.
- LLHM Postcard. Your postcode will contain links to pre-order your photos and purchase an iTAB
Please note safety pins will not be included and they will not be available on race day. Please ensure you have your own safety pins to attach your race number to your running top.
Your LLHM Finishers T-Shirt
- All of your race-day items including your funky LLHM finisher's t-shirt will be available for you to collect in one goody bag after the finish line.
- Charity is at the heart of the LLHM and we encourage all runners to support a charity and wear their running vest on race day. We’re aiming to raise a bumper amount this year to support our 680+ wonderful charity partners. If you haven’t yet chosen a charity to support, please consider supporting Tommy’s or one of our wonderful other charity partners here.
- Finisher t-shirts will only be available to participants who complete the event on the day. Sadly, we cannot post or arrange for t-shirts to be sent to those who do not take part.
Baggage
- Runners can bring their own bag to the bag drop and you will receive your LLHM goody bag at the finish line. To help us keep things running smoothly at the bag drop, please ensure the bag is as small as possible.
- These areas are for baggage only and changing on the baggage bus is not permitted.
