KEY TIMINGS

We have carefully planned LLHM 2025 timings to ensure the smooth running of the event. Please plan to get to the event with plenty of time so you can use the facilities and baggage bus if you need.

We kindly ask that participants do not arrive onsite before their designated arrival time.

Stewards will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

RUNNING WITH FRIENDS

Where possible we would like participants to stay in the wave they have been allocated, this is to help with the safe management of people on event morning.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants must use the arrival areas and baggage busses they are allocated.

  • If you want to run with your friends and family, you can move back to a later start time, but not forward.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the event, we cannot allow any exceptions and permit participants to move forward a wave.
  • We kindly ask that runners use their allocated bag drop before the event.
  • You do not need to let us know if you plan on doing this.

BAGGAGE BUS LOCATIONS

Double decker buses will be used for the LLHM 2025 baggage facility. The buses provide a safe, fast and effective way for you to leave any baggage while you run the event. You can find information about what baggage bus to use, where to collect your bag and the facilities on the route here.

LLHM 2025 NEW ROUTE

For the very first time, the race will start on Whitehall and finish by Trafalgar Square. For those of you who have taken part before, yes indeed, this means you will be running the iconic Landmarks route in reverse!

As you set off you will start by taking in the stunning sights of historic Westminster. Before heading down the Embankment and experiencing spectacular views of the landmarks along the River Thames. Before finally soaking in the old and new of the City then making your way back to the finish line.

START LINE JUMPERS AND TRAINER RECYCLING

If you plan to wear an old jumper to keep warm and then discard prior to starting, please look out for the signposted pens in the Start Area. Please only donate your item in this area.  All clothing will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
