Here's a sneak peek of some of the incredible cheer points you'll see along the route. Below is a glimpse of what our Big Ben and St Paul's partners are planning to make your run unforgettable. Be sure to keep an eye (and ear!) out for them, they'll be bringing the energy and cheering you on every step of the way!
ALZHEIMER'S RESEARCH UK - Celebrating London Science
Mile 2.3 & 3.9
Expect larger than life cut outs of science equipment, bubbles and special ARUK branded lab coats!
To celebrate this theme, ARUK are bringing back their iconic London city sightseeing bus and will have a science themed installation.
ALZHEIMER'S SOCIETY - The Forget-Me-Not Garden - celebrating London's green spaces and gardens
Mile 7.6 & 9.8
Outdoor and garden spaces are important for the physical and mental wellbeing of people living with dementia.
The Alzheimer's Society cheer point theme is The Forget-Me-Not Garden: celebrating the grand, hidden and quirky green spaces and gardens across London which hold lots of historical importance.
BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION - Celebrating the iconic London Bus
Mile 7.4 & 10
The iconic red London bus perfectly embodies the theme 'The Grand, The Quirky and The Hidden' in London for many reasons. The double decker bus has been a staple of London's streets since the 20th century, symbolising the city's historical grandeur and its connection between past and present.
Keep your eyes peeled for BHF's iconic red London bus on race day, it's not to be missed!
CANCER RESEARCH UK - Bringing musical festivals of London to life
Mile 9.5
CRUK'S cheer station will bring the festivals of London to life, from the Grand and largest with the Proms to all the smaller independent festivals that take place throughout the year. Look out for festival flags, festival wooden sign posts, stilt walkers and bunting to create a vibrant and colourful area.
New for this year, CRUK will be hosting a 'make your own sign' station at their cheer point. This will allow volunteers and family to create their own signs, just like at a festival!
DEMENTIA UK - Celebrating the iconic Red Post Box
Mile 4.1
This year, Dementia UK are looking to emulate a quintessentially British/London emblem - the red Postbox.
They'll be dressing up as post boxes and celebrating all things red and white!
GREAT ORMOND STREET HOSPITAL CHILDREN'S CHARITY - Hidden Heroes and the landmark of GOSH Hospital
Mile 8.1
Drawing on The Hidden theme, GOSH will bring their Hidden Heroes to life for runners and spectators alike.
At the heart of the GOSH Charity cheer point will be DJ Jeep, playing an uplifting set of hero-themed songs to energise the crowd. The cheer point will be a vibrant, inspiring space filled with volunteers, GOSH staff, family members of runners, and patient families.
Adding to the atmosphere, a team of staff and volunteers will be dressed in costumes inspired by the heroes of our patient families. These might include doctors, nurses, play therapists, or even classic superheroes, reflecting the diverse and meaningful ways people embody heroism.
GUIDE DOGS - Diversity of London
Mile 4.1 & 10.8
Guide Dogs will be celebrating the diverse range of cultures of both the residents and visitors of the city by flying the flags of Guide Dogs associations worldwide.
This is an opportunity to celebrate the incredible work that is done worldwide to support those living with sight loss and making the world a more accessible place. Expect banners and flags to represent different associations and the countries they reside, music playing a mix of genres from across the world, and of course their iconic giant inflatable guide dog.
MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT - Celebrating London's Grand Green Spaces

This year Macmillan are celebrating the grand parks and open spaces that make our city special - places where runners, walkers, and communities come together. As proud partners of parkrun, they know the power of green spaces in bringing people together, supporting well-being, and inspiring movement. Whether you're racing through the heart of London or cheering from the sidelines, Macmillan will be there to lift your spirits, fuel your energy, and celebrate every step of the journey.
MIND – The Mental Health Act/Houses of Parliament
Mile 0.1 & 0.6
One of the greatest sites of London is the Houses of Parliament. In 2025, Mind's London Landmarks cheer point will celebrate this historic and quirky landmark, whilst also raising awareness of their important Mental Health act campaign.
NSPCC - Superheroes of London
Mile 6.9 & 10.3
Did you know London has a rich history of superheroes? Over the years, a number of Superhero movies have been filmed in London including Batman, Wonder Woman and Doctor Strange.
This year, the NSPCC cheer point is going to celebrate their #TeamNSPCC LLHM running heroes, as well as the many unsung heroes from their services; Childline counsellors, Helpline volunteers and school service volunteers to name a few. Their trusty NSPCC gazebo will be transformed into the NSPCC Superheroes HQ featuring the most amazing performers including their fantastically popular hula hoopers who will be making a sensational return.
PROSTATE CANCER UK - Festival of 8, celebrating 8th year of the LLHM event
Mile 3.1
Prostate Cancer UK is putting the LLHM community at the heart of their Festival of 8 - celebrating eight years of partnership, groundbreaking GRAND progress in prostate cancer research, and raising lifesaving awareness.
No festival is complete without a main stage, and theirs will be decked out in bright colours, life-sized cutouts of their iconic Man of Men, glitter balls and festival flags. For the ultimate boost at mile 3.1, get ready for their headline act: the London Street Band.
SHELTER - Spirit of activism in London
Mile 8.5 & 9.2
Celebrating London's diversity and the spirit of activism. Activism and diversity ties London and Shelter together. Shelter's fight for social justice will be reflected in their cheer station theme which also celebrates people coming together being one of the grandest things about London.
Keep an eye out for their brilliant brass band and bold decorative signage to get everyone in the mood for a day of cheering for all of the amazing runners.
TOMMY'S
Music of London - Mile 1.2 & 11.8
Celebrating London's musical history, showcasing different music cultures of London. We'll have live music by dhol drumming band Drumatic!
Rainbow - Mile 5.1 & 5.8
Our Rainbow cheer point is the flagship cheer point on the entire route. The Tommy's Rainbow, a symbol of hope and in memory of every baby loved but never forgotten. Our DJ truck man from Beat & Trak will be joining again parked just by Mansion House and bubble machines will be back too!
Tommy's beginnings - St Thomas Hospital - Mile 0.4
Right by St Thomas' Hospital, where Tommy's began as a homemade campaign 33 years ago.
Tommy's plan to celebrate in style once again with our classic red double decker open-topped bus on the bridge. Rock Choir will be joining us again as well!
